This is a delayed post because mum made mee siam a couple of weeks back. It is momentous because she hasn’t made it in about 10 years! It is apparently a lot of work even if you use a pre-mix because knowing mum, she doesn’t simply use the pre-mix ‘as it is’. She adds in extra ingredients to make it kick-ass, then serves it to us as weekend lunch.
It was, by far, the best mee siam I’ve ever had. EVER.
