Wedding shoes
I was surfing websites when I stumbled upon this site ‘Loe and Behold’ that customises wedding shoes. I especially love the shop’s name which I believe, is a combination of the phrase ‘lo and behold’ and the owner of the store, Belinda Loe.
So cute.
Speaking of shoes, the boy just informed me that his boss has just asked him to go check out the Ferragamo sale this Friday to see if he can pick up wedding shoes. Wah sey, Ferragamo leh.
[edit]
I dropped Loe and Behold an enquiry email and received the reply the following day:
Thank you for your interest and compliments!
The shoes are ready made so there is no waiting time involved if the size is available.
Typically, clients would tell me the style, color and size of interest to them and we will then proceed to check the stock availability before scheduling for viewing.
Our dress shoes and polyester satin shoes are between $99 to $169.90.
The silk satin series is between $224 – 289.
Customisation takes 5 to 6 weeks and prices starts from $280 onwards depending on material and type of accessory.
I would recommend brides to select their gown fabric and color first so that they determine the style and gradually build up the look they are trying to achieve. If you are customizing your gown, it would be best to get a fabric sample from your designer so that we can discuss finer details when we meet.
The best time to start your shoe shopping is 1 mth before your 1st fitting. Designs would have been confirmed by then and its far easier to visualize that way.
Our show room is located along Sixth Ave near Holland Road .
Viewing is strictly by appointment only. Please call us directly if you need to make an appointment.
Warmest Regards
Belinda Loe

i bought a pair of 4 inch bling bling heels which nobody saw what it looked like under the wedding dresses and is now rotting in the cupboard.
At least the Ferragamo can still see and will definitely get more mileage.

an2an – Wah, 4 inch?? I think I’d topple over if I wear such high heels. I received a reply from Loe and behold but it’s really a little too expensive to pay for something I am probably going to wear once. Probably just going to look for something at the shops.

aiyah … short mah. Trying to make up for it. Yes, i agree look for something in the shops cos nobody’s gonna see the shoe! Fyi, the bride and groom usually don’t take off the shoes, even inside the house.
